| Secret GNAS Websites I have been a qualified GNAS coach (ok, wait till I've finished before you start kicking me) for 4 years now and I've only just discovered (accidentally) that there is an official secret GNAS Coaches website www.gnascoaches.co.uk You have to be a qualified coach and register with the website to get a password to get in. Silly walk or funny handshake? I think this is just indicative of the mindset of the gnas coaching structure (there, thatll set things going) ![]() Theres also a GNAS Judges website with the new official judges line on carrying knives!! ![]() Are there any more?

| yes, there is the GNAS Field Archery website too, predating the other two you have mentioned I think... IMHO these websites have been set up to give the specialist group (Judges, Coaches & Field archers) more control over their own area of expertise, rather than using a centralised (and very DULL) official GNAS website, so please ramp down the paranoia quotient and enjoy.... |

| sorry for getting the url wrong. Ive just registered (being a very special coach ) so I'll see what its like in a few days time when the powers that be have verified my credentials. It just puzzles me how they can have a gnas coaching website when gnas coaches arent told about it. Even my CCO doesnt know anything about it. At least the judges website is open. I find it puzzling that when gnas have a perfectly good ( ![]() ![]() ![]() ) website that factions have their own little corner. Everything in one place, then people like me know where to find it. Does this explain why the gnas website coaching pages are dead as proverbial dodos where the only movement is the tumbleweed that blows through now and then like a western ghost town? - Actually, thats not so. I just looked there and the 5 year old news article has been removed and there are some upto date things on there. Perhaps the new chairman is having an effect?

| Gosh - its been so long I've forgotten my password ![]() It did IIRC start out as a chat group kinda thingi (predating discussion boards)and we had one for the SAA coaches too. Trouble is you end up with too many sites to visit with little activity so they slip of the radar. All we need is a "one stop shop"
