Anyway, I don't change my recurve setup at all (not that I really shoot that much recurve anymore), but I do switch from X10's to X7's with my compound.
i think you misread that one i said someone else who is good!

Personally I change from my outdoor bow to my indoor bow, and from 44lb G3's and Cartel Triple 500's to 38lb G3's and A/C/E 620's and just work on my form all through the indoor season, which I hate ....

We shoot indoor and outdoor all year, so would need two bows, or infuriating weekly retune. Not rich or good enough for sponsorship, so one setup fits all.
Luckily use three spot indoors, so no arrow damage.

The only change for me will be shooting 2315 XX78's from the same setup I shoot AC Navs outdoors.

I'll go and hide in the corner then - would still apply to me though - they'll be filling the middle and I'll watch from the blue .

At the moment i have no choice but too shoot X7's indoors and out but when father christmas (hopefully ) comes with some ACE's i'm not sure if will change to them until the outdoor season as i can still reach 100 yards with the X7's so i'm hopeing winter and summer came in the wrong order

I will be winding the poundage up through the season to get the back muscles stronger as i'm still getting used to the new limbs.
Apart from that i will keep everything the same
