National Indoors 2006
Having returned, it wasn't a great day for me. I think I peaked last weekend... Didn't shoot too well overall, but it was nice to catch up with some people. SLOWHAND managed to shoot quite well but went out to Alan Wills in the quarters...? Shirt and I were in the first round of kockouts together so, although the scores were close, he beat me in the end. Larry Godfrey and Alan Wills made it to the finals (don't know who won, I left before that).

Nice the see the England team actually made it to the knockouts...

Larry beat Alan in final 115-113. I finished up in 3rd. Interesting to see that the top 3 in qualification were also top 3 after the head to heads (albeit in a slightly different order).

Lana Needham won the ladies, not sure on second and third places.

Nice to catch up with some people who I hadn't seen for about 6 years, maybe longer.

Now exhausted Think i'm going to hit the sack

Same thing happened in the gents compound. I qualified 1st, Andrew Ward 2nd and Chris White 3rd. Final positions were Chris 1st, me 2nd and Andrew 3rd.

Just goes to show that the seeding system works.
