| I'll reply to myself, then... :-) as nobody else is talking to me... ![]() just spoken to Quicks they got a delivery in today, they were also very helpful and weighed one and compared it to the Arten adjustable I was about to buy! it's lighter, 160g as compared to 180g for the Arten http://www.shibuya-archery.com/english/product01.html if you wanna have a look at it :-) cheerz G-)

| Looks a neat design. Would have been tempted by one if I hadn't just bought a AGF V-bar to replace one of Shibuya's earlier adjustable V-bars that I'd been using for several years. Let us know how you get on

| I'm not to keen on adjustables v-bars....but it looks good....but i prefer my Easton A/C/E v-bar :P |

| I wonder how much it weighs...? 3 lots of quick-disconnects and a chunky bit of metal might come up quite heavy. |

very easy to use, looks good. Not sure i'm qualified to say if it helps my shooting, but much better than unscrewing all the bars in the pastWeight-wise, I weighed my full v-bar and twins arrangement - compared it to the Beiter fixed V-bar I was using - the Shiuyba is slightly heavier, but less that the weight of a Jazz arrow so inconsequential really! The horizontal plane angle is fixed to 90 degrees, but you have three positions for the other angle (flat and two others) Cheers Grant

| Hi Grant That's a very nice looking piece of kit. Typical Shibuya - superb quality. It isn't clear to me from the photos but is there some way of stopping the fitting rotating axially around the connector screw? This drives me crazy with all of the v bars I have used suffering from this problem. |

Ah ha, having previewed the post I'm not sure what axially means.. (sure i should as an ex-TD teacher from the old school...) above is talking of the fixing of the v-bar to the bow. If you meant the twins moving on the bar - they can't as there are three positive locations on each side. If there is a demand i could take a photo of the bar in situ (shooting a St George on Sunday so plenty of time to take photos whilst i wait on the shooting line for my chums to collect and score from 100 yards!! anyone recommend a good book whilst i wait? Cheers Grant

| Hi Grant You understood me perfectly. Your fitting doesn't rotate on the extender if properly tightened and that is what I needed to know. Thanks for that. As I said, lovely looking piece of gear. I'll have to keep my eyes peeled for a set. |

| hopefully without sounding too dim, how does the quick disconnect stay where it is? it looks like they just rest in the space? is there much vibration or play in them?? it certainly does look very good though Al
