...you finally get around to doing the washing up after a few days of not having the energy to do it because of the work..shoot till dusk...work...shoot till dusk cycle. You finish the washing up and realise that there have been no plates, saucepans, knives/forks, oven trays...basically nothing you cook with. The reason..takeaways after shoot. AAhhh, one sure way to healthy living.

also, while doing the washing up you look out of your kitchen window over your back garden and see a BBC film crew shooting the latest 'life in the...' series with attenborough walking around trees that weren't there at the start of the summer.

i'm really gonna have to strim it before i can mow it now.

You know you are an archer when the first brand new X10 you fire misses and gets lost and you eventually have to give up the search with a shrug. SIGH!

You know your an archer when...

...it takes you 6 hours to watch a 2 hr dvd because your new equipment turned up in the post and you cant stop playing with it

...you buy a bucket hat

...you start doing shoulder tucks while watching tv, making the dinner, travelling etc to give those back muscles an extra work out

...you say "that shade of green is about right/too pale for GNAS " whenever you see anything thats green

...your friends and family ask if you are doing any 'arching' tonight

...the total cost of your kit is going up and up and up and you justify it by saying "oh well, at least I saved a fiver by buying from <insert archery shop here!>"

I am Guilty of more than half of these !
just for the exemple i have the full KSL SHot cycle printed in front of me,beside me there is 5 or 10 old score card on m right there's a pen made of a broken arrow, last week i was searching for a bucket hat... when i'm opening door or holding bag i am using the same 3 finger i use to shoot, i am against most of hollywood movie archers, cause they don't even know how to correctly use a bow when i am stretching on the morning the first thing I stretch are my back muscle...

i am subscribed to 6 forum about archery.
I started to train myself not for my own health but to help me to shoot more arrow
I almost stopped playing video game since the day I started archery. but in a game where i can shoot zombie with a bow i have a release aid but i dunno why lol!

those are just a part of the stuff I do has an archer
