Not my quote but from a lady longbow archer.
All the flower pots have nicely arranged arrows in a variety of fletching stages and floral oasis supporting freshly varnished shafts.

When, as part of refinancing the mortgage to encompass home extension, and upgade of my car, SWMBO, who is also my banker, allows an amount for the vehicle which will allow me to buy a late model Toyota MR2 which I want, but then find that my bow case would not fit inside, so step down to a Celica instead, and use the money saved between the cost of both cars to buy a new bow.

My number plate is TOX05L

When you take your bow case with you to buy a car (actually did this, ruled out a focus hatch so had to go for the estate)

When the guinnea pig cage is used for drying recently fletched arrows. (they fit perfectly between the mesh!)

When you try and clicker train the dog (dog training joke there, and yes we are training ours to find missing arrows)

When the understairs cupboard has 2 recurve bows, 2 compounds, 2 flatbows and you have a dozen arrow tubes each with his and hers indoor, outdoor, field, wooden, and recurve arrows marked on the lid.

(forgot to add: each month you have to pay the minimum balance on your account at clickers archery)
