It doesn't have a name, although my riser is a she cuz she's flipping gorgeous, and she gets a kiss before I put her away.

Is she also unpredictable?
Prone to hormonal outbursts that send the arrows all over the place?
Always right even though the arrows are in the grass?
Needs to be told she's gorgeous before she'll do anything you want?

Nothing wrong with being told you're gorgeous

And silver flame is the best riser colour ever invented.

No, she's lovely and sweet and we look fabulous together.

And if you ever get Tracey and I shooting together on the line, your eyes will come out on stalks and your heart with melt (and other things will stir) as it's the most amazingly beautiful thing anyone could ever behold!

No... its standard practise in other things i've done..

As a musician i've named my 2 basses (my electric one is called Samantha, my elctro-acoustic is called Emily) but i havn't got round to naming my acoustic guitar...

In cadets we had a practise of naming our rifles before a shooting competition, and the last name i gave to a rifle was Amilie

Finally... for those who are interested; I've called my bow Cathie (no that is not short for Cathrine, it's a name unto itself)

Errr.. so would this NOT be a good time to admit that all my arrows have names too ???

But I've not got quite to the point of naming my tab (yet) !!

I don't name my arrows (or my release aids for that matter), but I do know an archer who named some of her arrows after 7 dwarves.....

Tho a guy at cub has taken to calling Phil the Pink Tart because of his (bright pink) string/cable.....
