| Whats your first outdoor competition ? Was just wondering what are peoples first outdoor comps this year. A few club member have already started but i have nothing untill the may bank hoilday at bronte. Am i slow in getting going this year or just weak ( still a bit cold )

| I was at Pandamonium last week with my longbow, but next week is my 1st recurve competition at Abbeydale (Sheffield).  See you at Bronte!

| Bronte Spring Weekend for me! A York round on Sunday 30th April, and a Canadian 1200 on Monday 1st May. That'll be 264 arrows in two days...  Better brush the dust off the Bullworker.And I need some red-and-white gear for the Canadian. | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||

| A York at Bronte on the 30th is my first outdoor round - crikey, I can't even hit the target at 100 yards yet - well, not easily anyway !!  |

| My first outdoor comp was a 3D at Elmtree, Devon on 8th January. Field/3D stops for no seasons.  |

| Silver arrow at St Andrews on the 29th April. Thank god it is only an albion as there is still no sign of spring up here.

| I shot my first outdoor tournament today... well, part of it anyway. It wasn't worth sticking around, even if I was in second place. I left after 70m of a FITA, having scored 485 for the long metric. I shot 608 three days ago for the same round. So much for an early GMB this year! |

| Chippenham... not really worth the drive to go back again tomorrow. Around £14 for the petrol to get there and back. I can shoot much better, so unless I have travelled a long way (eg. York) to shoot, I'm not going to stick around if it isn't any fun. |

| I've done the first field shoot of the year & the next one is tomorrow. Target competitions will have to wait until May - anyone planning on being in Salisbury??
