Don't forget more traditional approaches- plenty of long hot soaks in *brand name deleted* Herbal baths and cod liver oil capsules daily. I find this keeps most of the aches at bay. I used to suffer with constant low back pain until I started on the cod liver out of desperation when the doc was just pushing more powerful painkillers onto me, now I'm fine.
