Talking Chateau de Gurat

Just had to tell you guys about the cracking holiday I have just had.

One week at Chateau de Gurat (www.gurat.co.uk). Great time was had by all wether they be archers or not. Great company, David and Nicky who own the place, Jake and Pippa who provide entertainment for the children. Even the other guests were okay, even if thier scores put me to shame, and they kept me up till 2 am .

Just trying to find dates to go back next year

Looks fantastic.

So good in fact that I've sent them an email about availability but as teachers we're both restricted to out of term time.. booo.

I quite fancy a holiday in a gite in France and seeing as the wife speaks the lingo, this place looks perfect.

Talking

It looks like you had great time there !
Where were the other archers from ? Were there only British people ?

I hope you tasted one or two bottles of "Entre-deux-mers" and of "pineau" !

For some reason I thought this was going to be a thread about making your own wine. Guess that would 've been Chateau de Grieg though... De Gurat look wonderful! Thanks for the link.

No problem, at least you got all the right letters, just in the wrong order

You sound like me in my special needs teacher days... (I was the teacher, not the pupil, honest).
