When you 1st start out in archery there seams to be a lot of info to take in . The best advice I would give to some one interested in learning our sport is to fined a club, do the beginners course, then keep asking questions. You will be surprised how chatty a archer can be, you may have to tell them to shut up!!

Here is as good a place as any to ask questions.

Your club will help tremndously but if you want advice at 2am on a saturday morning......they won't appreciate phonecalls...we however will repond! prolly not till the morning but hey!

I wonder if what Sparky666 is getting at is whether there's anything else to different shoots other than the range of distances/number of arrows shot- whether you have to shoot in a particular style for example.

is it not a good thing then to ask question before having lessons.?????

cakemeister.....is there any differences in a shoot apart from range...arrows...
