Hi everyone,
I was the one who posted the first thread on this subject, I picked it up from another bulletin board that deals with RDS. I would just like to thank everyone who contributed or sent messages.
I suffer from the same condition and I feel proud that the archery community welcomes disabled archers without predudice. I have met some great people at club and on a shooting line and not forgetting you.

Managed to get hold of Mel's address (thanks to her coach, our partner in crime) and have just placed an order with Interflora, which should be with her tomorrow.

Hi All,

Yesterday I received the most amazingly huge and gorgeous bouquet of flowers, complete with card from all at AIUK.

THANK YOU VERY MUCH!!

I was very touched to receive them, and it certainly made me smile.

I'm doing a lot better now, thanks to some fantastic support from friends, my coach and guys from the GB squad, and messages from people I dont actually even know that well!

Its fab to be involved in a sport with such a caring and supportive community.

It was our pleasure, Mel. I know most of us have never even met you, but AIUK is a wonderful bunch of people who care a lot about archery and fellow archers, so we were all touched when we read about your situation.

Best of luck to you in your recovery and with training. I hope you can find to pop into AIUK now and then and say hello!
