CNC machinist required

Does anyone work with CNC machines? If so, would you be willing to help me out in getting something machined from aluminium?

I'll be extra nice and even provide !!!

If you don't have any luck here, Dave at Centreshot might know of somewhere. It could be worth dropping them a line.

Well, I've designed a few bits of kit - a sight, V-bar, sight pin... I want to get them machined but they are in AutoCAD at the minute. I can convert them to stereolithograph files which means direct input into a CNC machine but I don't know if they could be done by hand...

There are, but the prices they want to charge are unreasonable... and I thought someone with an interest in archery would be more likely to ensure things were done right, since they would better understand the end requirement.

The trouble is CNC is for large quantities not one off’s .
It’s the setting up that takes the time and time is money
