But to the real question. On occasions i manage to clear my mind so fully that I have no idea what I'm doing (nothing new there - I thought I'd get that in first, Cakemeister). Really - "What on earth is this thing in my hand? Why am I pointing it there?". Not so much target panic as reality panic. Usually results in a poor shot (see above comment)

god my breathings eratic, do I hold it this time or just let it out slowly, have I got my bow hand set properly, and can I just squeeze the release trigger not snatch it, and the answer is usually "oh well try again next time" lol
