| RE: Exercise & Fitness If you mean Therabands, the ones coloured for different resistances, I have some and they work well. My physio had me using them when I hurt my back and they really helped.</p>

| RE: Exercise & Fitness Save money and just do reversals with your current bow. If you can do 300 a day <u>on#both sides</u> then very soon your bow will feel like an elastic band to use! You can start to#do 60 reversals for a warmup, then another 40 at tea break then another 60 as a warm down. Add this to a modest#500 arrows a week and you well away.</p> |

| RE: Exercise & Fitness Just got this new thing through my physio, I'm lucky to be borrowing hers as I can only use the green one at the moment. It saves on needing a multigym, and as you have to 'balance the bar' during all your exercises, it means both sides of your body are worked the same way www.gymstick.co.uk |
