Handicap Shoots

Some time back in the early days of this forum, I mentioned I had a club guide to handicaps, and handicap shoots. Several shows of interest. But then I found I had misplaced the disc I had it on

(along with lots of standard club documents)

But now I've found it, so here is the guide. All comments gratefully received!
