GNAS Response Times
I sent an email to GNAS requesting information at 4:06
Within 10 minutes of that I got an email requesting my address details
Within 2 minutes of my response, I got another mail to say the details were in the post!!

Surely some kind of record!

I wrote to GNAS regarding the elite squad. Barry Eley got back to me in under an hour. My reply to him was then replied to within 12 hours. Great turnaround! They're starting to get on top of this electronic thing!

I have always been pleased with the responses I have had from GNAS HQ, still think their Rule Book is rubbish, well 90% of it anyway.

Hi Murray - just to echo your experience I've had similar excellent responses from GNAS recently. There's a new(ish) lady in the office I think - Stephanie - who is really really helpful. Well done and thanks Stephanie (if you're out there reading this)
