In two words.....not much!

The bow doesn't catch.....bits of me very often, but when it does all I can say is a lot of very bad words! LOL!

Personally I wish someone would design something better.

TBH, Kellog, I've not got much to hit. Hence the padded bras...

I wear mine all the time! My string lies on the side of my breast at full draw and it smarts a bit if I don't wear the guard! The thickness of the guard has an impact on the string and subsequently effects the way the arrow leaves the bow.

That's my pennies worth!

LOL!! No, my husband would divorce me if I got rid of them; but being.....umm....more than amply endowed in that area ("be careful what you wish for" being a case in point with me - I can only assume God is having a particular laugh at my expense) I would want a better chest guard than what we ladies have right now.

If you've only got gnat bites then you're alright, but if you've got the sort of bustline like mine that requires bras with the engineering expertise behind it that would make Brunel weep with envy then they're not so good.

So much so that I've had to change my stance now to stop 'twang back' as I call it even with the guard.....believe me the bruises are not pretty!!!
