| I think you'll find it's just called "The art of repetition". Don't confuse this with "the simple art of winning" by Rick McKinney

| just to be pedantic it is actualy called " Archery - the art of repetition" by Simon S Needham ISBN 1-86126-869-6. I got my copy from young Simon tonight altough he still has to sign it for me. Definately worth buying.
