Old Bosses

This morning I had the bright idea to set alight the shot out old bosses at the club, six in total along with the accumulation of crap left laid around. Thought
they would go up a treat, no they didn't. Three bloody hours they burnt for. So if you are expected to be anywhere soon don't burn bosses.

Did all that burning straw not smell awful?

We got the idea from Banchory club to cut wedges from the outside rings of the bosses to make backstops, they work a treat and fit in at the back of the stand easily. All you have to do is dispose of middle section then. Tom, the guy in our club who can do/make pretty much anything has four of our bosses to chop up in time for the Premier first weekend in September.

Oh yes it stank, as did I, even my Brut aftershave was overpowered and believe me that takes some doing, thats a good idea about the backstop, but I do like setting fire to stuff.

At our club when bosses die, we roll them onto the embankment at the far side of our field, and within a few months plants start growing over them, and they decompose quite nicely.

There you go Buzz Lite: you could have been green, but instead you contributed to global warming!

Still, you'll know better next time...!
