nasty break up
I'm just giving my excuses for the time to come for my dissappearance from the forum. Guy and I have spilt up so I am now homeless but not quite bowless!! I'm sure after a visit to Les I'll be back in the saddle!!

Keep your chin up though, break-ups are never easy. You should have seen mine with my ex wife (she's a complete psycho, LOL)</p>

My parents have gone away for the weekend so I'll have access for a bit!! Thanks for the kind words and thoughts from you all, its at times like this when you realise who your true friends are.

After a very long afternoon at Custom Leather and Archery yesterday, my bow is now ready to go again!! Neil has done a fantastic job on it, I met TJ at St Ives today and lousy weather aside my bow shot like a dream.

Thanks again everyone - and to Dave for sending me a new password as mine mysteriously stopped working!!!

Had a busy week with daughter and twin grandchildren so only just seen your bad news LMP. Breaking up is never easy but as someone who has been there, done that and come out the other side having found someone far better I can only repeat what everyone else has, keep your chin up and be ready to start a new chapter in your life. You have the support of all of us.

I got my new avatar and was going to put it on but I haven't quite sussed out how to do that yet and the brain isn't letting me use it right now!!! I have also been given back bits of my archery equipment (purple quiver most importantly!!) and we are on speaking terms - this is good as we will cross paths so much within archery I see no point in there being an atmosphere, it's no good for me and not nice for other people. So that's good news!!!

Can't change avatars at the mo. Dave had to disallow the uploading of images because of the way they were bloating the database, and this has prevented the changing of avatars.
