Decisions, decisions....

I have some cash burning a hole in my pocket, (about £200) which is generally a bad thing in archery, as I just HAVE to spend it!
My question is - what would you lot advise me to buy that would have the greatest effect on improving my scores? Some nice new Navigators, or some shiny new limbs, with a higher draw weight? Or the third option, bearing in mind we're all going indoors soon, is to save the money and spend it in the spring? Our club shoots outdoors all year round too, so I will get some outdoor benefit out of whatever I buy.

This is advice (I can't honestly say I have the self restraint required though, lol).
If you save it 'till spring, then you'll get more for your money, as this years "new ranges" will the 6 months old by then.

Personally I'd vote for buying the new limbs... this gives you a winter of training to build up to them

Indoors is a good time to start on a higher poundage - tournaments are shorter and allow you to get gradually used to the increase without having to struggle through a 9 dozen+ round. If you want to increase your poundage in time for the next outdoor season, buy the limbs now, and you'll be comfortable with them come spring.

That's a tough question. If you buy faster limbs you may need new arrows anyway. For the indoor season the kit you have will serve you well.

My thoughts are the save your money and add a little more to it over the winter, wait until about a month before the end of the winter season and go out and buy some new limbs and some arrows to match. The month will give you some time to set the bow up ready for the outdoor season.

This is exactly the question I have asked myself....I've settled for shooting the limbs I currently have until Feb/March and then getting a set of something spectacular.

However, if the right limbs come up at the right price between now and then, I may pick them.

(and the same goes for the riser)

I would tend to wait and build up the cash for new limbs and arrows together. Who knows what contribution the Christmas fairies may bring?.

And if all else fails you could eat and drink yourself into oblivion over the Christmas break …..

I'd buy the limbs. And, if the money will stretch, some nice phat, cheap indoor allys too.
