Timing Imperial Rounds

Apropos of nothing in particular.....
Would it be better for Imperial rounds to be shot in timed ends of six arrows at a time? (Runs for cover ) Any opinions?

I'm in favour of timed imperial rounds. I shoot as few Yorks as possible as they take soooooooo long.

If you've ever shot the SCAM at Winchester you will find that you are lucky to have a lunchbreak before 2:30.

For some reason all County matches are York/Herefords so I can't escape all of them.

Why dont we just dump the entire GNAS rule book in favour of the FITA rule book instead?

There just seems to be a preference of FITA rules nationally. It would solve scope on the line and dress code issues, not to mention the "how am I supposed to remember all these rounds?" worries that are so likely to put off novice archers.

Because you don't know what you would be really be letting your self in for.I would be very p****d off if gnas rules went because that would mean no more Compound Limited for starters. I am sure that there will be others will point out other down sides to that suggestion.
OK allow six arrows at one visit. As for the rest NO THANK YOU.

another one for six arrows a time.

shoot 3 , step off line, back on , shoot 3

just a waste of time, even more so when your trying to get back on the line, when in view of archers at full draw and your doing your best not to put someone off their shot
