For all the kind replies from you guys & gals out there, i'll have a read of geoffretired's post, its going to be a long journey to cure my TP but i'll keep plugging away at it and fingers crossed I may even enter some comps one day. As for post panic hmmm I cannot really say. I'm shooting at Grasshoppers rugby club, a small friendly club etc etc.Cheers
