Bolt on accessory to convert bows into paintball or pellet guns. How cool is this!!?

I may need to build / buy a new bow just for this. One of my favorite old hoaky movies is "Hawk the Slayer", because of the archery duel.

How cool is that. I so want one. Oh my god. That is my next goal in life to get that. Maybe next year we could have an AIUK paintball session.

Am I just being a wimpy woman, but how hard will it feel to be hit by a paint pellet fired from a compound bow????

I must admit that under no circumstances do I want a bow pointed at me, whatever is loaded in it.

it would be very strange. Letting some one point point a bow at me. However I think it would be good for practcing at home. No need for a large foam/straw target.

Agreed but I have always dreamed about shooting some one with a bow. Not in a die you b****rd way but Hay im shooting my bow at you this is cool way. But paint ball guns are still loads of fun. Just really exspensive.

I was thinking archery paintball would be fun - but was going more along the lines of fibre glass very low poudage bows and blunts filled with/dipped in paint...

I was told that the recreation guys have to use bows less than 33 pounds with blunts is legal for shooting at people (longbows) cos they dont pearce the skin. They do hurt but dont harm. Well not sure if legal is the right word but nore is safe but it wont kill you.
