Archery on BBC Breakfast news!

6:40 this morning, I was surprised by a brief article on the sports roundup. The subject was the Asian Games and it focussed on archery. Not the sport per se (though there were some good shots of archery training in progress) but on the female torch carrier, who is an archer and is being credited with breaking down barriers for Islamic women competitors...
Good article. None of the usual daft references, and treated archery as a sport rather than a novelty.

Just got in after a night shift, so will turn the telly on as the morning news items tend to be repeated.

Just a thought though, would it be an idea to have a "heads up" section somewhere in the forum so if anyone hears of an archery related television program in advance, it could be posted where it would be easy to find.

Like I say, just a thought.
