| follow up to sat nav question A happy new year to one and all. This post is a follow up to my last one about Sat Nav, and I guess its aimed at all those wonderfull folks, that put together the application forms for archery shoots. When putting direction's to the venue, is it possible to include post codes?, assuming of course that your venue actually has a post code, it would be really usefull for those of us that have sat nav systems. My thanks to one and all ![]() |

| Agreed. I dont think I would have found some of the locations I have been to recently if it wasnt for borrowing my mums tom tom.

| I usually find google great for finding postcodes of venues... better than the postcode finder from royal mail. It's also usually easy enough to contact the organiser directly. A quick streetmap search usually confirms if the postcode is correct and provides those all-useful backup maps for when the Satnav sends you up a farm track and over a cliff... So far mine has performed flawlessly, but I haven't really gone anywhere I didn't know yet ![]()
