first ever Portsmouth.
Just thought I would let you know I am about to set off to shoot my first ever Portsmouth.
So later today I will have a personal best score, no matter what it is.
Don’t even know what a reasonable first ever Portsmouth score would be.
I have only been shooting since the end of November so expecting it to be quite low but still going to give it my best.

Bottle of wine tonight to celebrate my new PB. LOL

I also did my first ever portsmouth today and thought i had done quite well till i saw that score! Well done.

I only managed 286, but in my defense, before today i have only shot once since last July and it wasn't till after i had finished that somebody pointed out that i could have reshot the two bouncers i had.

My first too
I shot my first Portsmouth yesterday!
scored 417 I was quite chuffed really as know I have long way to go yet with initial improvements.
Also still not got my new sight, the one I'm using / borrowing is a very basic thing and it kept coming loose .
I have not tuned my bow beyond setting tiller and getting string to reasonable tension, due to awaiting next pay cheque to buy my own arrows. So have no button in place as yet sooo almost ... kinda shooting bare! So I am well happy with my achievement.

Any how I must say A big WELL DONE to you !!!, that is truely a very good first time score.
