GNAS classification badge:- I don't know if they have been upgraded at all but I was very disappointed with the quality/look of these awards when I qualified for mine, especially the MB badge. Reaching these class levels are spectacular achievements and should surely deserve a spectacular award, not something that looks like it has fell out of a Christmas cracker. I look at mine and though they mean a lot to me as I put a lot of effort into getting them, I don't think they reflect that effort..

get both in the same year, I think if you claim GMB you can't get your MB badge.

How true Buzz, how true! In the olden days the M.B. badge was o.K. but a bit on *small* size whilst the g.M.B. badge was a large golden heavy weight beast of a badge and people could see it when you arrived. I got hold of a recent G.M.B. badge the other week and thought *O'h dear*

Rick McKinney has my M.B. badge and I recently sold my *Old* G.M.B. badge on e-bay for only £5.00

Off to get the new ones this year.....should have kept the old ones...that'll teach me.

It does but it still looks gold tinted plastic and it ain't very heavy either.

Masters 2nd not three bad IMO http://img63.imageshack.us/my.php?im...mastersav0.jpg. albeit for bridesmaid results with the exception of the masters 2nd these are cack awards and don't justify the achievement

......gold tinted plastic....spot on Buzz. The Old Ones were of such good quality *Gold* metal, that when the sun glinted off it, you could blind the opposition at twenty paces..........maybe that's why they changed it?
