It has now been passed - deadline end of August, here's the link in case anyone missed it, I know everyone in Oxford did. Don't know if it was in AUK or not, but GNAS haven't exactly publicised the fact.

Does seem strange limiting it to archery retailers, as it would be good to get new money into the sport from other companies.

Maybe GNAS could allow none archery related businesses to register 'uniforms' for a reasonable administration fee, say £50-£100. That way only sponsors serious about putting money into the sport will apply, plus GNAS will get some money back in order to cover costs (and maybe even make a few pounds as well).

Heck why not have a GNAS Club Sponsor+, costing slightly more to register colours, but GNAS have a page of links to businesses supporting clubs \ teams? Again a relatively easy way to try and raise extra funds for the sport.

Then once they are 'hooked' into the archery system you can then sell them advertising space in a magazine that goes to 30K+ people.
