Smile Festival of Archery at Le Touquet-Paris-Plage
At the end of next April, there will be a festival of archery in France, however quite near UK

Festival of Archery at Le Touquet

28 & 29 April 2007
on the hippodrome of Le Touquet Paris-Plage

History, tradition and authentic handcraft!!!

From the prehistory until today and through Middle-Ages, come to enjoy the show...
Historically dressed archers, stands with exhibitions, workshops, animation for children, intitiation...
A permanent show in which you are invited as a spectator, a listener or an actor!

Inaugural shooting: on Saturday at 1:30 PM (longbows and hunting bows)
Closing shooting: on Sunday at 5:30 PM

Free acces
Opening: 10 AM to 6 PM (both days)

I can only encourage you to concider this event that is unique en France and where traditional archery takes a great part.

As for last year, there will be initiations, exhibition shows, prehistorical shooting, traditional shooting (English, French),... And in addition, Kyudo will be present on the 2007 event!
