Insurance

Having finally got round to checking that the wee one's new bow was covered under household insurance should it get nicked, I have found out that we can also insure it against damage and breakage sic the various threads regarding limb bolts exploding, limbs delaminating etc, as well as things like arrow damage (which surprised me). For the princely sum of an additonal £2.42 per month all that is covered including overseas, plus public liability if not shooting at a recognised ground i.e. private ranges.

It's useful to check, we've just renewed our household insurance and now "sports equipment" taken/used out of the house is covered up to £3000 for theft and accidental damage. Didn't cost any more either, it was just a case of making sure it was in the policy.
