Compulsary merging of GNAS/NFAA/EFAA
The IOC only want each member Country to have one archery organisation. The NFAS, EFAA and GNAS will merge into the Field And Target Archery Society or FATAS and similarly the Archery societies of other nations will have to merge into their own FATAS

Only those archers who are FATAS's will be allowed to shoot in International Competitions.

There is concern that Countries like the USA who have larger FATAS's will have an unfair advantage. This is being addressed by each Countries National Organizing Body. These NOB's will decide on which FATAS's will represent each Country. As we can appreciate the NOB's will know who are the biggest FATAS's
