Is there an etiquette or proper protocol for farting on the line...like never at full draw....only when you're the last one still shooting? Is it permissable only behind the tent line..or in your own tent perhaps..or only during the break?
Does a field captain or similar have to call "Fartst", and everyone let down their arrows for the duration?

I only ask cos my ...er ...friend has lost the ability to 'pop off' quietly while trying to suck the navel in towards the spine...and I was wondering if anyone else is affected by this.
Or maybe someone has a cure...for my friend that is.

It is a common side effect for diabetics to fart!!! They are not generally smelly but 'pop' away regularly.

I was at a shoot early on when I started and there were 2 men on the next target farting away quite merrilly.

And don't even talk about the Bray at Stever's club - oohhh the smell

just cos it's a common side effect, this does not mean that every diabetic suffers from it
