Indoor Classifications

Hello All
Has any one ever thought of producing indoor classification badges at their club.
I am thinking of introducing such a scheme to encourage the juniors at the club to enter scores. I envisage that these badges could be attach to quivers and archers could change as they gained or fall a level. just like the outdoor classifications but for A, B, C, D, E, & F
Just wanted to see if anyone had done this before and what kind of design you used and what kind of success you had with them.

look forward to hearing your replys

They don't make them, they source them - a very nice chap by the name of Keith Allen is the man to talk to as far as the (extensive) range they carry. If you have other ideas regarding a 'club-specific' scheme then Keith will i'm sure point you in the right direction.

Our Club Records Officer produces badges for indoors which are based on score levels - we have different levels for the Juniors (They go down a bit lower) so that they are encouraged by winning another badge. It seems that acheivement badges tend to work really well indoors, whereas outdoors we award the classification badges you can get from Quicks to the members when they achieve their next classification. A lot of hard work for the Records Officer (Club is 120+) but very rewarding.

we don't do classification badges for indoor but we do a badge scheme based on scores which is pretty much the same as the FITA indoor target awards.

The only difference being the first badge is 400 to encourage juniors and new archers, we also have a different range for longbow. It definately gets people talking about scores and wanting the next badge up
