Adapted from the thread about tournament etiquette, and a point raised by FlightyRachel - how do you react when you know you've missed the target?

Personally I've developed the (some might say bad) habit of using the word "bitch" or "dahh" (kind of half a "damn"), but I very definitely stop short of outright swearing on the line. There are plently of others I've seen though who could write their own dictionary for the arrows they miss with!

Point to note in your replies, if you're going to refer to swear words, please insert a * where appropriate!

I shot with an archer last weekend (who shall remain nameless) who is, I believe, in the top ten rankings...missed at one of the lower fita distances. We were shooting centrally on the field and therefore right in front of the judges gazebo - he did apologise to the lady judge for his language! Great guy to shoot with though - hope I get the chance to share a boss again sometime.

Miss miss whats a miss I thought the thing was to only remember our good arrows, and if there not worth remembering them move on to the next arrow
