Ron Bone of The Saints and Sinners club, Roy Mathews, Percy Pardoe, Ron Bishop, Barry Senior, Lynne Evans, Rosemary Adams and husband Geoff. The list is endless. Alas, many shoot where the grass is always green and newly cut where there is no cloud in the sky and the wind rarely blows.

| Roy Mundon, Tim Mundon, Alan and Mac Pritchard, Mark Blenkarne, my brother Jim Howell (who shot 1301 FITA in Germany, 20 years ago!)(recurve), the great Pauline Edwards, Joanne Edens who until very recently held the world record for 30mts (FITA), Chris Pleasants who all his life shot barebow then switched to freestyle and won the NFAS champs this year. Roy Scrimshaw, Albert Kiddy, Joyce Kiddy, Derek Gunson, Barbara Fielding, Mrs B. Gould (European Target Champ 1974), John Bray who did so much to create the archery as we know it in this country. Sir Ashton Lever, founder of the Royal Toxophilite society. Graham Ray, who made some exciting and innovative bow(s) formerly of Gemini Bows, Birmingham. Les Howis who put British Bowmaking on the map. Dulcie Salter and Naddia Bottomley both G.B. team members.
