a frustrating day at the range....

i was shooting saturday with my new sight and i was tryign to shoot the way that was comfortable to me...steaight bow arm, predraw, aim, draw, push through clicker. i felt like i was shooting much better then i normaly do, rreleasing better and getting into my back more. so after i shot six arrows and went down the the target one was in the gold and the other 5 were were scattered around the target to the right of mine. i was confused so i kept shooting. just couldnt hit my target to save my life. i tried adjusting the sight and that didnt help so i tried aiming at the target on the left that at least put me on the correct target but with no kind of acuracy or grouping.

so by this point i was just angry and frustrated saying im gonna sell my bow and i suck so i put my bow down and got some drinks. got back and startd putting my bow away and i noticed my vanes were ripping off my arrows. so i went in to the shop to have them refletched. the guy there noticed it was the top vain and not the bottom as i had assumed. so he asked for my bow. "Well.....heres ur first problem the spring is set waaaaaay to weak on your plunger....and see how its not out far enough either? your arrow is pointed right not left...and see how your sight is about an 1/8 inch above the arrow and has a large amount of vane rubbed off on it? thats probubly your problem. you may be the computer doctor but im the bow doctor..... next time your shooting this bad come get me sooner"

so from now on im going to remember to put the spring back in my plunger when i mess with it and be more careful with my sight haha
