I`m an Idiot

Quite simple

Turned up to shoot

NFAS card? Check!
lunch? Check!
Insect spray? Check!
Arrows? Check!
Quiver? Check!
Glove? Check!!
Underpants? Check!

Bow? er erm NOPE!!

Left it in the conservatory 30 miles away

How I`d brought a bow case with arrows and no bow is still beyond me.

I'd like to say it happens to all of us, but, touch wood, it hasn't happened to me yet.

Ha! Bad luck.

Still, it could have given you the opportunity to practise you spear throwing.

I've seen others do it, but I've avoided doing it myself by keeping everything in one box - a nice (though heavy!) aluminium and plastic custom flight case that I got on eBay a few years ago.

Ive done things like that before (not the bow) like leaving my sight behind, or leaving my arrows. In my case it was because i had been tinkering round with the stuff at home, then forgetting that the things should be put ready!

Nearly the same last Tuesday, left my string at home (45 mins away) and had to make do with a too long string that sounded like a badly tuned electric guitar!!
