Balance Button Weight

Any surefire methods of assessing the weight of the Berger Button, so one can set up another at a later date, or judging by some members, the spring wears or breaks, then where do you go?

The only surefire method I have found is to get an AGF button checker.

Try plungers with a scale in the spring end so you know how much you've compressed it and that's probably as good as it'll get. I know the SOMA one does that... Should get one actually...

There is the option of carrying a spare button, this can be set up virtually identically by just pushing the plunger tips together and using your judgment to compare their rate of compression. So just weaken or stiffen your spare button 'till it's a good match (only works well using same two identical products) I was up and shooting my usual groups within minutes after my recent problem with a button.

IDEAL!

Better if you actually swap the buttons over- and shoot to check thats all is well with both buttons ie: groups are centered nicely
