| Arrow nocks again: Dental floss over the shaft, insert nock. Stops 'em turning. No "Butterfly" (to turn your nocks)? A small coin, or even allen key will do the trick

| If your nocks are loose, insert them through a tescos carrier bag, makes them nice and snug, but still easy to remove

| Making push-fit nocks fit Making push-fit nocks fit - Put a square of PTFE tape over the end of the shaft and push the nock through it. OR apply just a little nail varnish to the nock and allow to dry. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||

| No one's mentioned biting them gently yet! The oval shape makes them stick (& you can adjust it if needed). Adds no weight either.
