If your waterproofs are causing string clearance problems, a close fitting jumper can be worn on top. Yes, it gets wet but the confidence gained adds to the scores.

If the waterproof is too loose on the bow arm. Cut off the arm of the offending item and shoot without water protection on that arm.

Or undo the seam of the garment on the arm. Replace stitches with velcro. Roll or fold the arm back when shooting fold down and velcro together when not shooting, or use the velcro to tighten up the arm tube.

If you remove the arm of the waterproof, you can use it to make a wateresistant cover for your scope. Waste not want not.

I know that some water proof cycling jackets have zip off arms. Its easier then cutting them off! The jackets are usually quite close fitting anyways unless you have really short arms like me!
