Best thing I have found so far is hyperix this is avaliable from chemists over the counter. Also try dipping ya shhoting fingers in surgical spirit to toughen the skin up

I use an Angel tab and get very little finger soreness. Also the Cavalier tab is pretty good too.

Of course if it gets too bad you could switch over to compoud and use a release aid instead and solve all of your problems

I use an Angel Cordovan tab but my third finger was always taking a beating until recently. It was partly relieved by adjusting my elbow but what helped the most was making a full commitment to a deep hook. Even though I thought I was using a deep hook and back tension my fingers were opening slightly just before the release. I find it very difficult while holding 50 lbs at full draw to just relax the hand. But when you do the result is superclean and pain free. What helped my release was pushing my bow arm towards the target - a slight push through as opposed to a pull through.
