lost arrows in the rough

Our rake is called "the arrow breaker" and its vicious. It works well though because after about 10 minutes searching someone shouts "I'll fetch the arrow breaker" and the arrow's "owner" then looks really really hard for it!

On the odd occasion that we have a miss at home (long garden can shoot up to 50 yards) the arrows disappear into the 20 foot dirt bank behind the Boss, easy to find you think. Not so the impenetrable tangle of Brambles & Shrubbery is no help. I lost an ACC in the undergrowth for six months, had to wait for the winter to find it. My son managed to send an Redline into the bank last month I guess it will turn up in December. I like to leave the bank as it is because I cant think of a better way of keeping people out of the back Garden

I would try it if the park Redhill uses for shooting wasn't infested with Chavs the rest of the week. God knows what's in the grass there...

Tried to get onto your web site to check out the proffered score spreadsheet and was stopped - you have a problem.

hehe.

we frequently have sniffer dogs at our field, but they're trained for explosives rather than arrows unfortunately......
