| Yeah! What Tarkwin said... Spig ZT (Zero Tolerance) is an excellent rest, and is fully adjustable. Page 49 of the Quicks catalogue, item ZL40.

| They are good but can become noisey over time as the moving parts become worn. The Regi Rest is a good rest. Supplied by quicks. Is been around for years and is as simpl as it gets. Others like the Kap/Win and Win are good magnestic rests but half the price of the spig. Any rest around £8 are good.

| The button is designed to absorb the flex in the arrow during shooting. This vid shows what a button does. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TmtoEjjkgEA The button (in basic terms) straightens the arrow after the loose, and eliminates some of the effects of Archers paradox. Basically it straigthens the arrow. For you bow a button should be a must before the stabalisers. You can get buttons quite cheap. If you know some one who can help you tune the button to your setup get his help. It can take some time to tune or if you know some one who knows what they are doing it can take a matter of minuites. Alternatively , I am pretty sure, there are plenty of posts and topics explaining button tuning. Just do a search.

| Page 68 Anything from about £8 for a (crappy) Cartel up to £60 for a fancy Beiter. If you're using a rest other than the Hoyt plastic £1.50 jobbie, then you'll need one. It acts as a spring plunger against the shaft of the arrow as it leaves the bow, and tunes the flight of the arrow. It's also used to move the arrow position to the centre of the bow (centreshot).
