Number of twist's in a string

Here is a little tip I picked up in the summer, and it really does work

Run your fingers along your bow string applying a little bit of pressure, don't move them from the position that you put them originally on the sting you will find that you can feel 1 strand a little bit more than the rest of them.

count eveytime your can feel that stand from the top of the limb to centre serving and then multiple it by two your have the number of twists in that string.
