Acceleration due to gravity is a constant, the drag for a 1 second flight between the two sets of arrows would be the same or as near as makes no difference. Mass shouldn't affect drag.
Assuming the vectors of flight were the same, initial acceleration and launch angle (in my model horizontal). If the angle were increased the vertical component could easily be calculated using trig.
Perhaps you could ellaborate on the balistics. I'd be interested if we could produce a practical way to calculate this.
