| yes, they would normally arrive with 3 equi-spaced lines to indicate the fletch positions, and some(SOCX) have degree markings to allow you accurate offset of the fletchings as desired, Easton are doing fluorescents which would be good for field i would think | ||||||||||||||||||||||||

| The leading edge of the arrow wrap being slightly raised creates a slight undercurrent or drag across the fletchings improving eficiency of the fletchings, however the same wrap helps to create a vaccuum behind the arrow reducing drag. Tests conducted in the US have shown that a high degree of patience it is possible to tune this wrap to ultimate effectiveness. It is possible to shoot an arrow at over mach1 !!! The resultant sonic boom is something that GNAS are looking into to ban, feeling that it may be off putting for other archers. Personally I tune my wraps to shoot just less than mach1 - 300 m per sec is fast enough for me, and reduces the headaches encountered during a days shooting with that consistent boom going off in your ears. keep it to yourself, but the arrows being that much faster means that you have more time between shots to prepare for the next shot - the extra seconds gained means you should never get called as 'going over time'....something that the big competition guys have kept to themselves for years, and you wont find in any archery reference books. | |||||||||||||||||||||||

| I'll have a pint of whatever King Custard is on. Personally, I find the arrows easier to spot and the fletchings seem to stick better.

| I dunno about you, but I am absolutely loathe to take a knife to the back of a (relatively) expensive carbon arrow to get gunk off. Far better to just peel off a bit of vinyl when you want to change fletchings.

| Absolutely, double sided tape on your spare fletchings means instant repairs are possible if you lose one, fletching that is not arrow | ||||||||||||||||||||||||
