Greetings from Yorkshire
Hi,

I'm a complete novice but currently midway through the 6 week beginners course with my wife who talked me into trying archery. So far she's better at it than me so I sense there maybe some competitive tendancies starting to show very soon.
I joined the forum in the hope of picking up some tips and hints and just to read what others think and feel about the whole archery scene in the UK. Looking forward to reading what you all have to say and hopefully been able to add something of worth in the future.

Welcome to archery.

For now, I believe your most important advice will be from your coach. Once you finish your six lessons, they will probably leave you to shoot unless you ask them for help (that's the usual etiquette). Don't be afraid to ask!
