 An overdue Hi I started making the odd post a month or so back, so strictly speaking I am not so new. However, I have not said a formal hello  I took up FS Recurve at the end of July with my two children as a family sport (I am still trying to twist my wife’s arm!). Myself and my daughter have thrown ourselves into the sport and my son has adopted a more leisurely approach. I managed to get my Portsmouth PB to 534 before my shoulder problems came to a head. I underwent surgery recently and now have a minimum of 3 month wait before I can consider how I can carry on. My 11 year old daughter is rapidly catching me up and her recent Portsmouth PB was 472. The downside of this is that my gear seams to be rapidly migrating to her bow case. We all members of Arundown in W Sussex, so I may have bumped into some of you at our recent events. | What makes this more scary is that I now the other Intheblack very well (he’s in my club). I had no idea that their was another Intheblack, let alone someone I know very well! We found out recently after a very complicated and confused conversation about AI. Small world!!! ? |
